"Continuity of dismantling": with a space that could be reduced by half, the AP-HP unions are up in arms against the plan to transform the Hôtel-Dieu

On Tuesday, August 5, a rally took place in front of the AP-HP headquarters to protest a plan to transform the Parisian facility: 20,000 square meters would be granted to a private real estate developer in exchange for €144 million. The space would be transformed into shops, offices, and housing.
"We fought to keep the Hôtel-Dieu, we will fight to save it." The fifty or so people gathered, at the call of the CGT, in front of the headquarters of the Assistance publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP), chanted this slogan over and over again on Tuesday, August 5. This was a way of reaffirming their opposition to the plan to transform the Hôtel-Dieu hospital, which was being voted on at the same time by the AP-HP supervisory board....
